Information regarding digital purchases made within PlayThink mobile applications on iOS and Android.

1. App Store & Google Play Processing

All financial transactions in PlayThink mobile games are processed directly by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store). PlayThink does not store payment credentials.

2. Requesting a Refund

Because payments are processed through native app stores, refund requests must be submitted directly through your platform provider:

Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play Store: Visit your Google Play order history or support page.

3. Accidental Purchases & Support

If virtual items were unreceived due to a device disconnect during purchase, contact our support team at info@hexargames.com with your order transaction ID.
